At Western Vibe, we ensure quality and a smooth shopping experience. Please read before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations accepted within 12 hours of order.

  • After 12 hours, processing starts and cancellation isn’t possible.

  • Email westernvibe@gmail.com with your Order ID.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges accepted for size issues, wrong product, or defective items.

  • Request via westernvibe@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8850263678.

  • Customer pays shipping for exchanges.

  • Subject to stock availability.

3. No Returns / Refunds

  • We don’t offer returns or refunds.

  • Only exchanges as per the above conditions.

4. Custom Items

  • No exchange/refund unless faulty.

  • Report defects within 24 hours with images/videos.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale/clearance products and worn/damaged items aren’t eligible.

6. Shipping

  • Prepaid: Free shipping

  • COD: ₹200 charge

  • Delivery in 4–7 working days
